What We Do
AquaLine Protection provides a 24-hour call center for when a water line break occurs. Once contacted, AquaLine Protection will respond to the location of the break within 2 hours. A local, qualified professional will be at the site within 48 hours. After the repair, we will pay to have the property restored to its original condition.
In addition to repairing the broken water line, AquaLine will reimburse your customer for the cost of all lost water based on average usage for the previous 12 months.
You will no longer have to face an angry customer who is caught off guard by a large repair bill. In fact, they will be happy to know that there is no rate increase for these services. Customers pay a small monthly charge that is added to their utility bill.
How We Do It
AquaLine Protection offers a program to ensure that leaks will be repaired by qualified, licensed professionals. Leaks are repaired in a timely fashion with NO CHARGE to the homeowner and NO DEDUCTIBLES. We work with a local professional service agent who will handle everything about the repair, including any necessary permitting. After repairs have been made, the property will be restored to its original condition.
AquaLine Protection will also reimburse the customer for the cost of water loss, based on their average water usage for the past 12 months.
